Broke my OMSB

Practicing with my old model at THE SHOOT and it stopped going bang and went click!
Messed around and this bent piece about inch long fell out, transfer bar I guess.
When I got home I started looking and in half hour or so found original box with original parts.
Maybe another hour and gun back together again with original parts.
This 44 went back to Ruger in the 70s for the update (conversion) to make it safer.
Probably only a couple thousand or so rounds thru' it.

Back to the Old Way!

It's only a good "Five Shooter" now but that's the way Colt and Ruger  Sixguns started out. Hope it shoots many more rounds without a hitch. Chris S
