I took this picture of my Colt Scout muzzle to show what a good crown looks like. Aside from the blurry photo quality, the thing to look for is the equal distribution of powder residue at each land and groove. In this case a neat 6-point star. On a big bore it's a little harder to see but if you look close you should see if your barrel is properly crowned or slightly off. Chris

Sure enough
Chris, you always find something to illuminate and educate us here. By the way, your photography skills way outstrip mine!

Is that the eponymous half-moon ejector piece?

Don't Know?
It is the original one that came with the gun. It could be a quarter moon if I want to really be precise. Chris
