I am so proud to be here!

"I am so proud to be here!" are the words of Minnie Pearl of the Grand Ole Opry.  Her real name is Sarah Cannon, and she was an exceptional
woman who demonstrated compassion and strength.  It is a good thing to be in the company of John Taffin and others who appreciate America's sixguns!
I have read, enjoyed and respected John Taffin's writings and evaluations.  I have recently purchased a 7 1/2 inch Colt SAA .44 Special (it is exceptionally
tight for the period) and  a  new 5 1/2 inch Blue  Colt Custom Shop SAA 45 Colt (it is wonderfully made and beautiful).
I hope that Colt will build some more 44 Specials which is my favorite caliber. I am trying to learn as much as I can and was fortunate to
acquire a copy of A Study of the Colt Single Action Army Revolver by Graham Kopec and Moore. I wish all of you well.

Trade

That seems to be the way I end up in almost all my firearms the last few years. Tell you what, If you feel like swapping them out for a mint se of 5 1/2" older Vaquero's in .45 Colt with faux ivory factory grips that have been worked over, I am your man. Welcome aboard!
