Got my manual yesterday. THANKS! The Admin was  foolish enough to include his return address.  I intend to show up unannounced at his house sometime, drink all his whiskey and shoot up all his reloads. :-)
Until then, I am going to mail him the next book of the month. Its a clean used copy, of which I ended up with two editions.
