Long barreled Vaquero

I finally got out my Ruger Vaquero last week, with some factory 250 grain LRN's from Winchester. I never had to touch the sight at all to get it to line up, shot at 20 yards from a bench one handed.

I found a cheap pair of

I found a cheap pair of polymer grips on ebay, then I took and painted the center with black model paint. I then took OOOO steel wool and cleaned off the raised portions.
