I'm the wrong person to write any kind of eulogy for Mike.
We certainly didn't see eye to eye, and he regularly treated me condescendingly, especially concerning a certain type of rifle action.
Still, he did have much practical experience, and for those he did agree with, he was obviously appreciated.
There aren't too many people left who believe in the Happy Hunting Ground, but I imagine that at least for a little while, we'll find guys like him there.

                              I missed an E MAIL /  actually a  P.M.   That MIKE sent me  awhile back and I missed it.
       Upon returning home yesterday, I   saw  and answered  the  P.M.
                          Shocked at the news.......   My profound sympathy  to family and friends......
