Chris, Thank you for your kind words. After Elmer Keith I have to rank John Taffin as the #2 writer on big bore handguns. He sure as hell knows his stuff.  I can`t tell you how much his reload info, posted in the FACA journal, helped me to load my model 83`s in 357, 41, 44, 454 and 475.

Thank you for the welcome. My name is Ryan and I'm from Oklahoma and I'm pretty new to computers so forgive me if I screw this up. I started out shooting a single six and my first big bore was a Dan Wesson .44 mag and I've been shooting .44s ever since. My favorite writer would have to be Ross Seyfried he is the reason that I don't shoot regular calibers like .223s and .30-06s. Brian Pearce and John Taffin are the only two writers left that keep me interested.
