By now most of you have heard that this tree died after only 14 months.
Maybe a shortage of fertilizer?

Not to Worry!

Ace, it was from  NJ so it should have been used to the similar soil in D.C. They will try again with a new tree and see if they can get 15 or 16 months out of that one......

Fertilizer

Is Billy Carter still in

Is Billy Carter still in town?  I heard he did some damage to trees and bushes back in the day.....

Peanut Farmer?

Yeah, peanuts grow in the ground so maybe Billy thought they was bushes. Course it was his job to drink the beer so maybe that's why he didn't like trees.
